Originally from Japan, coffee jelly (コーヒーゼリー) is a popular dessert known for its special texture and the delightful combination of coffee flavor and sweetness. Living in Seattle, the coffee capital of the Pacific Northwest for decades, two passionate architects who fell in love with this dessert, along with a local chef from Japan joined the team, we recreated this lovely dessert infused with the local coffee culture. Our jellies are made with freshly brewed coffee and carefully selected matcha from Japan. We use agar for the jellies, making them suitable for everyone including vegetarians and vegans.
