We are the first coffee shop specializing in Japanese-origin drinkable jelly coffee and tea.
Originally from Japan, coffee jelly (コーヒーゼリー) is a popular dessert known for its special texture and the delightful combination of coffee flavor and sweetness. Living in Seattle, the coffee capital of the Pacific Northwest, two passionate designers, along with a talented chef based in Osaka, Japan, came together to recreate this beloved dessert. We aim to seamlessly blend the city’s rich coffee culture into every tantalizing bite of our jelly. As freshly brewed coffee meets Japanese agar, new drinks with a magically unique texture come to life. Beyond jelly coffee, we have also developed our special jelly matcha, jelly milk, and jelly tea series, with more to come.
This 100% original and innovative coffee shop began its journey in the summer of 2024, and we are thrilled to invite you to indulge in this extraordinary coffee experience with us!

Our jellies are made with freshly brewed coffee and carefully selected matcha from Japan. We use agar for the jellies, making them suitable for everyone including vegetarians and vegans. Agar, derived from plant sources, offers numerous health benefits: it's low in calories, high in fiber, allergen-free, and more!
